Meet the Hosts

Edelweiss

Edelweiss

  • Off-Meta Deck Brewer
  • Audio Editor
  • Blizzard Esports Caster

Now a frequent official Hearthstone esports caster, Edelweiss grew up in a very competitive family and started playing Magic: The Gathering as a way to spend time with her older brother. She has been playing Hearthstone since its release, eventually making it her main game over Magic. Her deep desire to play off meta leads her to try out a lot of crazy ideas before a need to win finally brings her to pilot the most aggressive meta deck to Legend. After a string of tournament success in 2018 she guested on the show multiple times to discuss the importance of women's tournaments and representation in gaming before becoming a host. She is also the resident weeb on the show, and would love to talk to you about your favorite Isekai and who is best girl.

WickedGood

WickedGood

  • Broken Control Player
  • News and Stream Coordinator
  • Resident Dad Joker

WickedGood started playing card games in high school after his parents refused to let him get a Super Nintendo, and a $12 Magic: the Gathering starter deck was an easier sell. After getting into Hearthstone during Blackrock Mountain, he started collecting decklists from tournaments to teach himself Python, which evolved into Off Curve, where he publishes deck lists and statistics for the Hearthstone tournament scene. He is also a broken human who enjoys playing control decks, and your hatred of Priest only makes him stronger.

Magesa

Magesa

  • Ruthless Aggro Player
  • Video & Graphics Editor
  • Writer of essays on Discord

A lover of games and books, Magesa (mah-GEY-sah) got into Hearthstone in 2015. After amusing herself for years with ineffective homebrew combos and value piles lacking win conditions, she reached legend in 2021 after joining the Coin Concede community and abandoning control priest for Anduin’s shadow side. Magesa achieved a brief shining moment of glory when she took the Coin Concede listener series crown, won games against players with gold card backs, and placed in the Americas top 300 all in the same month. Magesa brings to the show her proactive strategy and her sensibility as a teacher. She aims to help others enjoy and grow their skills in Hearthstone!
